David Jackson is Managing Director, having joined the firm in 1989 from the Public sector and has been involved with rating for over 30 years. He initially started with the Valuation Office in his native Merseyside and eventually became Deputy Chief Estates Officer with Portsmouth Council in 1986. David specialises in Rating, Landlord and Tenant, and Compensation and Management work and also handles a wide range of professional business.

George Thompson is Director in charge of the expanding agency department, which has received the 'Most Active Regional Agents' award, presented by Estates Gazette for 2003. George handles development and investment opportunities and will always be pleased to discuss your property requirements with you.

 

Mike Sumption FRICS - Director

Mike Sumption is a Director and has been involved with the firm for over 35 years. Mike specialises in all licensed, industrial and commercial work on a local and national basis and is on the R.I.C.S. panel for independent experts for settling licensed premises rent reviews.

 

Paul Oddy BSc (Hons) - Director

Paul Oddy is a Director with the practice having joined the company in 2001. He has many years experience of commercial property, previously having been with one of the national firms of chartered surveyors. Paul now predominantly advises on commercial property agency matters in our expanding agency team.

Paul Staley is our management surveyor having recently joined the company to advise retained clients on their commercial property portfolios.

 

Richard Beeching FRICS - Consultant

Richard Beeching is a consultant with the firm, involved mainly with professional and development work. He trained and worked in the valuation offices for Derby, Chesterfield, Sheffield and Wakefield and became a Deputy District Valuer. He was the Regional Estates Manager with Blue Circle Industries, Estates Manager at the Sheffield Development Corporation and Development Director at Sheffield Airport Business Park, before commencing practice on his own account in 2002.
